The shop is up very steep steps, therefore making ramp access impossible.
The pavement also would not be wide enough to accommodate a ramp.

The shop has been asked several times about access. They have stated they won’t get am access doorbell due to the last one getting wet from the rain. The also do not have a ramp because the access inside is too small.

There is an assistance doorbell at the entrance. They have a rubber wedge style ramp, which is stable and makes the gradient reasonable too.
